HotPot inside a Global Sun Oven

Yes, the Hot Pot will fit inside of the Global Sun Oven. Cooked some mash potatoes today.

Solar Mash Potatoes:
1 lb Red potatoes quartered
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic 2 giant clove (or 4 reg cloves)
Milk 1/2 cup
Creme Fraiche 2 tablespoons, (or Sour cream or butter)

Add to dark pot or clear Pyrex: Cut red potatoes, garlic quarter giant or full clove, olive oil, salt & pepper. Mix and bake in solar oven 4 hours or until ready to mash. Add milk and creme fraiche to solar oven and heat 20 min not boiling. Mash with skins and serve.
